As CEO and president of CyberNet, Mr. Lee is directly responsible for all business activities of the company. Prior to founding CyberNet, he held senior management positions with major international companies in the computer, financial services and payment transaction industries. For over 20 years he has excelled in sales, business development and general management for Control Data, Tandem Computers and VeriFone. In the 3 years when he was the president of Tandem Computers Korea, he grew the business from US$8M to US$42M.

Mr. Kessler oversees CyberNet’s strategic direction, business development and financial activities of worldwide operations. Over last 30 years, he has been deeply involved in creating, growing and managing international technology companies. His business acumen is gleaned from a good mix of sales, marketing, finance and general management in dynamic, demanding and industry-leading companies such as IBM, Tandem Computers, VeriFone and Teletech.

| Andrey Arefiev President (EMEA Operations) | ||||

Mr. Arefiev is responsible for operations in EMEA, specifically in Central and Eastern Europe. Working more than 8 years in card transaction business, he has extensive experience of the POS industry and held the position of sales director at Hypercom for over 4 years where he achieved considerable success, opening many new markets and accounts for that company. Indeed in 2001, he was recognised as sales person of the year for its EMEA region. Prior to working for Hypercom, he worked for Menatep Bank, a dual Visa International and Europay International member bank, in Moscow where he managed its merchant acquiring business. He introduced innovative merchant programs and learnt first hand what retailers really want from POS systems. This banking experience now helps him relate well with the needs of his customers.

Mr. Miyata is responsible for all operations in Latin America including Central America and Caribbean regions. Prior to joining CyberNet, he worked as a country manager for Dione and as a regional manager for Thales in Brazil. He also held key sales and product management positions at Hypercom where he achieved a great success. Working more than 10 years in the POS industry, he managed to sell hundred thousands of POS equipments and gained extensive experiences. He even introduced innovative client-server solution for the medical transactional business in Brazil.

Mr. Oh is responsible for all company contracts, purchase order processing, shipping and account receivables. He is also in charge of overall management of F&A and HR for CyberNet’s worldwide offices. Before joining CyberNet, he worked 7 years as a sales manager for casualty insurance and 25 years as a manager, consultant and director in Control Data Korea, one of the large-scaled US computer manufacturers where he worked very closely with EPB (Economic Planning Board of Korean Government) for promoting foreign investments in Korea. He brings to CyberNet almost 40 years of valuable experience in the broad field of administration, strategic planning and business development including risk management.
